On the September 3rd, Different View Photography was asked to make a promo video for the Queen’s Green Canopy. QGC promoted awareness of the ocean’s health, especially the population of sea grass
Our task was to film Lewis Pugh as he swam towards Plymouth Lido and handed a plaque to the Lord Mayor to commemorate Plymouth’s involvement in the environmental movement.
Different View filmed the aerial content while the rest of the team took care of the ground videography. We filmed Lewis as he swam towards the lido to hand a plaque to the Lord Mayor and interviews with key individuals. After the event, our team created a short film that was tweeted by the Royal Family, a huge compliment to our work.
Since writing this blog, HRH passed away. Despite the success of this project, this has obviously left a very somber feeling to all involved. Our thoughts are with the Royal Family during this difficult time
